PKD Training Pty Ltd ("PKD Training", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our students, website visitors, and enquirers. PKD Training Pty Ltd provides professional development and vocational training for the resource industry, including Gas Industry, Process Manufacturing, and Health & Safety training. We operate across Brisbane, QLD and Perth, WA, and deliver training nationally. Accredited courses are delivered on behalf of Tectra Australia Pty Ltd (RTO#40889).

• Report student data to NCVER (National Centre for Vocational Education Research) and relevant state/territory training authorities as required by law

• Issue qualifications and statements of attainment via Tectra Australia Pty Ltd (RTO#40889)

• Send you marketing emails and course updates (where you have consented)

• Improve our website and services using analytics data

• Respond to enquiries and provide customer support

• Our third-party enrolment form provider — to process your enrolment

• Google (reCAPTCHA and Analytics) — for website security and analytics

• Our marketing platform — for the delivery of email communications (where consented)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing purposes.


8. Sensitive Information

Some personal information we collect — such as health or medical information, identification documents, and USI details — is classified as sensitive under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
